I had a fantastic time at La Calypso, thanks to its unbeatable location and pleasant atmosphere. The clean and spacious rooms were a joy, but I did notice that the restaurant area felt a bit cramped during peak hours. Overall, the friendly staff and excellent food definitely made my stay memorable.
I enjoyed a large, airy room with a lovely balcony, even though it faced a busy road which could get a bit noisy.
The staff were generally attentive and warm, but I experienced some inconsistency, especially when I needed a manager to discuss an issue.
La Calypso is right in the heart of Baga Beach, just a short walk to the beach and bustling restaurants, making it super convenient.
The food was great with a good spread, especially enjoyed the fresh seafood, but some dishes felt a bit pricey for the experience.
The pool area and lush gardens were a nice escape, even if it got busy at times, and the private beach access was a major plus.

I had an overall pleasant stay at La Calypso, with a stunning location just a stone's throw from Baga Beach and a friendly staff that made me feel welcomed. I had a great time at La Calypso! The location near Baga beach was amazing, and I loved the vibe of the resort. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, though the noise from the street was a bit off-putting at times. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with good food and friendly staff.
The rooms were cozy, fresh, and fully loaded with nice amenities like a mini bar and tea-coffee maker. Each room faced the Baga-Calangute road, so there was some noise if I left the door slightly open.
The service was really fast, and the staff were nice and friendly, always ready to help. However, I think they could be a bit more courteous.
The location was awesome, just a half kilometer from Baga beach. I loved being so close to the beach and having easy access to local hotspots.
The dining options were a bit limited, especially for vegetarians, but the food was tasty enough that I didn't feel the need to eat out.
